TAX CREDIT TURISMO: APPROVATO IL MODELLO PER COMUNICARE LA CESSIONE


Con Provvedimento del 27 marzo l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha approvato le modalità di comunicazione della cessione del credito d’imposta per le imprese turistiche e delcredito d’imposta per la digitalizzazione delle agenzie di viaggio e dei tour operator.Approvato anche il modello di comunicazione con le relative istruzioni (articoli 1 e 4 del DL n. 152/2021). Le cessioni dei suddetti crediti devono essere comunicate all’Agenzia delle entrate tramite posta elettronica certificata (PEC), all'indirizzo cessionecreditoimpreseturistiche@pec.agenziaentrate.it, utilizzando l'apposito modello di comunicazione approvato con lo stesso provvedimento. Considerato che i crediti d’imposta sono cedibili solo per intero, precisano le Entrate, l’eventuale utilizzo in compensazione ne impedisce la cessione.La tracciabilità è assicurata dall’attribuzione di un codice identificativo a ciascuno dei crediti riconosciuti ai beneficiari, i cui dati sono preventivamente comunicati dal Ministero del turismo all’Agenzia delle entrate. In alternativa all’ulteriore cessione, precisano ancora le Entrate, i cessionari potranno utilizzare i crediti in compensazione, tramite modello F24, indicando gli stessi codici tributo istituiti per la fruizione da parte dei beneficiari originari, di cui alle Risoluzioni n. 47/E (credito d’imposta a favore delle agenzie di viaggio e dei tour operator) e n. 73/E (credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese turistiche) del 2023.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
