SPONSORIZZAZIONI SPORTIVE 2022: PUBBLICATO IL PRIMO ELENCO DEI BENEFICIARI DEL CREDITO D'IMPOSTA


Sul stio internet del Dipartimento per lo Sport, a seguito delle necessarie verifiche con l’Agenzia delle entrate e con il Registro Nazionale degli Aiuti di Stato, è stato pubblicato il primo elenco dei soggetti che, nel 2022, hanno richiesto il credito di imposta per le sponsorizzazioni sportive. Destinatari della misura sono i lavoratori autonomi, le imprese e gli enti non commerciali che hanno effettuato investimenti in campagne pubblicitarie, incluse le sponsorizzazioni, nei confronti di leghe che organizzano campionati nazionali a squadre nell'ambito delle discipline olimpiche ovvero società sportive professionistiche e società ed associazioni sportive dilettantistiche iscritte al registro CONI operanti in discipline ammesse ai Giochi Olimpici e che svolgono attività sportiva giovanile, ai quali è riconosciuto un contributo, sotto forma di credito d'imposta, pari al 50% degli investimenti effettuati a decorrere dal 1° gennaio 2022 e fino al 31 marzo 2022. Il credito di imposta è immediatamente utilizzabile, esclusivamente in compensazione, presentando il modello F24 attraverso i servizi telematici messi a disposizione dall'Agenzia delle entrate, ed indicando il codice tributo 6954.Il credito d'imposta deve essere indicato nella dichiarazione dei redditi relativa al periodo di imposta di riconoscimento e in quelle successive fino a quando non se ne conclude l'utilizzo. Una volta ultimati ulteriori allineamenti sul Registro Nazionale degli Aiuti di Stato, precisa il Dipartimento per lo Sport, sarà pubblicato un secondo elenco di beneficiari.  Fonte: https://www.sport.governo.it

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
