PLUSVALENZE RATEIZZATE E MODELLO CPB: COME COMPILARE I RIGHI CP4 E CP5


Nella Circolare n. 9/E del 24 giugno l'Agenzia delle Entrate, oltre ad illustrare le regole generali che disciplinano il nuovo istituto del Concordato preventivo biennale, risponde ai quesiti di contribuenti e addetti ai lavori. In una di queste l'Agenzia chiarisce che, nel caso in cui il contribuente abbia optato per la rateizzazione delle plusvalenze (art. 86, comma 4, del TUIR), il reddito da indicare nel rigo CP4 del modello CPB dovrà essere ridotto della sola quota di plusvalenza che ha concorso alla determinazione del reddito d?"impresa dell?"anno. In egual modo dovrà essere compilato il rigo CP5 ai fini dell?"Irap. Tale modalità di calcolo dovrà essere adottata anche per determinare il saldo previsto dall?"articolo 16 del decreto CPB.Anche il reddito concordato dovrà essere rettificato considerando esclusivamente la quota di plusvalenze imputata all?"anno. Le Entrate ricordano infine che per la tassazione rateizzata delle plusvalenze e per il loro concorso in forma rateale al reddito e al valore della produzione ai fini Irap è necessario che l?"opzione per la rateizzazione e il numero di quote costanti venga effettuata secondo gli ordinari adempimenti dichiarativi.
