ONLINE LA GUIDA AL REGIME FORFETTARIO 2023


Il regime forfettario è stato introdotto per la prima volta dalla Legge di Stabilità 2015 (legge 23 dicembre 2014 n.190).Tale regime, disciplinato dai commi da 54 a 89 della stessa legge, presenta i seguenti tratti fondamentali: applicazione di un’imposta sostitutiva all’IRPEF ed alle addizionali regionali e comunali sui redditi d’impresa e di lavoro autonomo, questi ultimi determinati forfettariamente mediante l’applicazione di un’aliquota fissa al fatturato dell’anno solare; non applicazione dell’IVA all’atto di emissione della fattura e dei corrispettivi, con esonero dagli adempimenti IVA tra cui la tenuta dei registri IVA e la presentazione della dichiarazione IVA; specifici requisiti per l’ingresso nello stesso, tra cui alcuni parametri dimensionali massimi. La disciplina del regime ha subito diverse modifiche con le leggi di Bilancio 2016 (Legge 28 dicembre 2015, n. 208), 2019 (Legge 30 dicembre 2018 n. 145) e 2020 (Legge 27 dicembre 2019, n. 160) e 2023 (Legge 29 dicembre 2022 n. 197), in particolare per quanto riguarda le condizioni di accesso. Possono accedere al regime forfettario per il 2023 le persone fisiche esercenti attività d'impresa, arti o professioni che nell’anno precedente (2022): abbiano conseguito ricavi ovvero abbiano percepito compensi, ragguagliati ad anno, non superiori a 85.000 euro; abbiano sostenuto spese non superiori a 20.000 euro per lavoro accessorio di cui all'art. 70 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003, per lavoratori dipendenti e per collaboratori di cui all'art. 50, c. 1, lettere c) e c-bis), del TUIR, anche assunti a un progetto (ai sensi degli art. 61 e seguenti del D.Lgs n. 276/2003), comprese le somme erogate sotto forma di utili da partecipazione agli associati di cui all'art. 53 c. 2, lettera c) e le spese per prestazioni di lavoro dei familiari di cui all'art. 60 del TUIR.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
