OK AL SISMABONUS ANCHE SE COMPLETATI SOLO GLI INTERVENTI 'STRUTTURALI'


Con Risoluzione n. 14 dell'8 marzo l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha chiarito che è possibile usufruire della detrazione di cui all'articolo 16, comma 1­-septies, del Dl n. 63/2013 (c.d. "Sismabonus acquisti"), prevista per le case antisismiche che fanno parte di edifici situati all’interno delle zone classificate a rischio sismico 1, 2 e 3, anche nell'ipotesi in cui alla data di acquisto dell'unità immobiliare siano stati completati solo gli interventi "strutturali" sull'edificio oggetto dell'intervento di demolizione e ricostruzione, e non anche quelli di "finitura".Questo a condizione che l'intervento di demolizione e ricostruzione dell'edificio determini la riduzione asseverata di una o due classi di rischio sismico e che, ­ entro il termine di vigenza dell'agevolazione, sia stipulato l'atto di compravendita.
