NIENTE CONTRIBUTO DI 100 EURO PER I LAVORATORI ALL'ESTERO


L'articolo 63 del DL 18/2020 (decreto "Cura Italia") ha introdotto un "premio", pari a 100 euro, erogato a personale dipendente che presta la propria attività all'estero, che non concorre alla formazione del reddito imponibile ai fini Irpef, da rapportare al numero di giorni di lavoro svolti nella propria sede di lavoro nel mese di marzo 2020. La ratio sottesa alla citata disposizione è quella di dare ristoro ai dipendenti che nel corso del mese di marzo 2020 hanno continuato a svolgere l'attività lavorativa nel luogo di lavoro, ovvero in trasferta presso clienti o in missioni o presso sedi secondarie dell'impresa, nonostante la situazione epidemiologica riscontrata nel nostro Paese. Dunque, chiarisce l'Agenzia Entrate con la Risposta n. 271 del 20 aprile, rispondendo in merito al trattamento fiscale del contributo, il beneficio non può essere erogato, così come ai dipendenti in smart working o in telelavoro, neanche agli impiegati a contratto assunti all'estero in quanto in quanto trattasi di lavoratori che svolgono la propria prestazione all'estero.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
