NAUTICA DA DIPORTO - STABILITI I DIRITTI, LE TARIFFE E LE MODALITà DI PAGAMENTO


Sono stati pubblicati, sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 215 del 13 settembre 2019, tre decreti del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti emanati, di concerto con il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, datati 12 agosto 2019 con cui vengono, rispettivamente: 1) stabilite le tariffe, da corrispondere a titolo di corrispettivo, per il funzionamento dello Sportello telematico del diportista (STED) e per le operazioni richieste alle Capitanerie di porto e gli Uffici circondariali marittimi e agli Uffici della motorizzazione civile (UMC), previste dall'art. 5, comma 1, lett. a) e b) del D.P.R. n. 152/2018. Per le attività di cui all'art. 5, comma 2, del citato D.P.R. n. 152/2018, è previsto il pagamento di un corrispettivo di euro 9,50 per ogni operazione richiesta, da effettuarsi mediante versamento sul conto corrente postale n. 1046787295 intestato al «Ministero delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti - Dipartimento per i trasporti, la navigazione, gli affari generali ed il personale», con causale: «Corrispettivo attività STED». 2) stabiliti gli importi dei diritti e dei compensi dovuti per i servizi erogati attraverso il Sistema telematico centrale della nautica da diporto, riportati nell'allegata Tabella Il pagamento degli importi dovuti dovrà essere effettuato mediante versamento sul conto corrente postale n. 1031820168, intestato al «Ministero infrastrutture e trasporti - Dipartimento per i trasporti, la navigazione, gli affari generali ed il personale», con causale: «Diritti SISTE»; I i raccomandatari abilitati dal CED all'utilizzo dei collegamenti telematici, e gli studi di consulenza, in possesso di autorizzazione in corso di validità, abilitati dal CED all'utilizzo dei collegamenti telematici - di cui all'art. 5, comma 1, lettere c) e d) del citato D.P.R. n. 152/2018) - dovranno trasmettere all'Ufficio di conservatoria centrale delle unità da diporto (UCON), istituito presso l'Archivio telematico centrale delle unità da diporto (ATCN) del Dipartimento per i trasporti, la navigazione, gli affari generali ed il personale del Ministero delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti, copia della documentazione attestante il pagamento dei diritti dovuti. 3) Stabilito il pagamento - tramite procedure telematiche - dei diritti previsti per le prestazioni e i servizi di cui ai commi 1-bis e 2 dell'articolo 63 del D.Lgs. 18 luglio 2005, n. 171. utilizzando i servizi disponibili sul sito internet «Il portale dell'automobilista». Le modalità per l'effettuazione dei pagamenti sono disponibili sullo stesso sito previa registrazione al medesimo portale. Il primo e il secondo decreto sono in vigore dal 1° settembre 2019. Mentre il terzo entrerà in vigore il sessantesimo giorno successivo alla pubblicazione nella Gazzetta Ufficiale, e quindi dal 11 novembre 2019. Per scaricare il testo dei tre decreti clicca qui.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
