FONDO CINEMA E AUDIOVISIVO 2024: PUBBLICATO IL DECRETO DI RIPARTO DELLE RISORSE


Sul sito internet del Ministero della Cultura (Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo) è stato pubblicato il Decreto n. 145 del 12 aprile 2024, che ripartisce le risorse del Fondo per lo sviluppo degli investimenti nel cinema e nell’audiovisivo, disponibili per l’anno in corso, in base a quanto previsto dalla Legge Cinema (legge 14 novembre 2016, n. 220). Più in dettaglio, il fondo 2024 è così ripartito: Tax credit (artt. 15-20): euro 412.703.707,50 Contributi automatici (artt. 23 e 24): euro 21.321.000 Contributi selettivi (art. 26): euro 84.300.000 Contributi alla promozione (art. 27): euro 136.829.000 Finalità di cui all’articolo 27, comma 1, lettera i): euro 20.881.042,50 Potenziamento circuito sale (art. 28): euro 20.000.000 Relativamente agli incentivi fiscali le risorse assegnate per l’anno 2024 sono così finalizzate: a) euro 181.000.000,00 per i crediti d’imposta per le imprese di produzione: euro 60.000.000,00 per la produzione di opere cinematografiche; euro 109.000.000,00 per la produzione di opere televisive e opere web; euro 12.000.000,00 per la produzione di opere audiovisive a contenuto videoludico; b) euro 35.000.000,00 per i crediti d’imposta per le imprese di distribuzione;c) euro 25.000.000,00 per i crediti d’imposta per le imprese dell’esercizio cinematografico;d) euro 12.000.000,00 per finalità relative alle industrie tecniche e della post-produzione;e) euro 110.000.000,00 per il credito d’imposta riconosciuto agli esercenti sale cinematografiche per il potenziamento dell’offerta cinematografica;f) euro 40.000.000,00 per il credito d’imposta per l’attrazione in Italia di investimenti cinematografici e audiovisivi;g) euro 9.703.707,50 per il credito d’imposta per le imprese non appartenenti al settore cinematografico e audiovisivo.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
