FATTURA ELETTRONICA - ONLINE IL NUOVO PORTALE MESSO GRATUITAMENTE A DISPOSIZIONE DALLE CAMERE DI COMMERCIO


Rinnovato, ampliato, arricchito ma sempre gratuito. Dal 10 settembre è partito - con una nuova veste - fatturaelettronica.infocamere.it, il servizio della Camera di commercio per la gestione del ciclo di fatturazione per le piccole e medie imprese. Il servizio consente di gestire gratuitamente l'intero ciclo della fatturazione attraverso l'invio, la ricezione e la conservazione delle fatture sia nei confronti dei propri clienti/fornitori che della Pubblica Amministrazione. Le fatture e i dati collegati vengono conservati a norma di legge per 10 anni, senza alcun limite di spazio e con la certezza di protezione e riservatezza. Una garanzia che può offrire la Camera di Commercio attraverso la propria società di sistema InfoCamere. Tra le novità del nuovo portale, una grafica più intuitiva, la compilazione dei campi facilitata da suggerimenti proposti in automatico e il controllo dei campi obbligatori (codici destinatario convenzionali). Sarà inoltre possibile l'inoltro diretto al commercialista, la gestione della rubrica clienti e il dashboard fatture (controllo in tempo reale dello stato della fatturazione attiva/passiva). Utilizzando il servizio fatturaelettronica.infocamere.it è possibile ottenere la stampa PDF della fattura e utilizzare la firma online. E non finisce qui: tutta la documentazione è a portata di smartphone/tablet/Pc con cui si potrà accedere (con SPID o CNS) al proprio cassetto digitale dell'imprenditore per scaricare gratuitamente la visura camerale aggiornata anche in inglese, il bilancio d'esercizio, visionare lo stato delle pratiche inviate al Registro imprese e al SUAP e molto altro ancora. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
