PROROGA "NATURALE" DEL VERSAMENTO DELLE IMPOSTE PER LE SOCIETà DI CAPITALI CHE APPROVANO IL BILANCIO A GIUGNO


Per le società di capitali che approvano il bilancio nel mese di giugno 2022 (entro il termine di 180 giorni) il termine per versare le imposte sul reddito a saldo 2021 e primo acconto 2022, scade normalmente alla fine del mese di luglio. Quest'anno però il 31 luglio cade di domenica, con conseguente slittamento della scadenza a lunedì 1° agosto, che a sua volta rientra nella cosiddetta "proroga di Ferragosto", slittando quindi al 20 agosto 2022, che è sabato. Pertanto la scadenza è fissata al 22 agosto 2022, senza alcuna maggiorazione. L'art. 3-quater del D.L. 2.03.2012, n. 16, modificando l'art. 37 D.L. 4.07.2006, n. 223, prevede infatti che "Gli adempimenti fiscali e il versamento delle somme ... omissis ... che hanno scadenza dal 1 al 20.08 di ogni anno, possono essere effettuati entro il giorno 20 dello stesso mese, senza alcuna maggiorazione". Ne consegue che, applicando la maggiorazione dello 0,40%, si potranno sfruttare ulteriori 30 giorni e, la scadenza con la maggiorazione dello 0,40% sarà il 21 settembre 2022. La risoluzione 6.06.2007, n. 128/E, aveva infatti precisato che la proroga del termine per il primo versamento determina il parallelo spostamento in avanti di 30 giorni del termine per il versamento con la maggiorazione.

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
