COLLEGAMENTO POS-RT ENTRO IL 20 APRILE PER I DISPOSITIVI GIà ATTIVI


La Legge di Bilancio 2025 ha reso obbligatorio il nuovo servizio per permettere il collegamento tra Pos e registratori telematici (RT). Gli esercenti sono tenuti a comunicare l?"associazione tramite il portale "Fatture e Corrispettivi" entro termini definiti.  Scadenze operative per il collegamento dei POS già attiviIn una delle Faq pubblicate, l'Agenzia Entrate ha chiarito che per i Pos già in uso al 1° gennaio 2026 o utilizzati entro il 31 gennaio 2026, gli esercenti hanno 45 giorni di tempo, a decorrere dal 5 marzo (data di messa a disposizione della procedura web) per effettuare il collegamento con il registratore telematico, con scadenza fissata al 20 aprile.Ad esempio, il POS già in possesso dell?"esercente al 1° gennaio 2026 o attivato nel corso di gennaio dovrà essere collegato a partire dalla data di apertura della procedura web ed entro i successivi 45 giorni. In caso di variazione dei collegamenti già registrati o di attivazione di un nuovo POS in data successiva al 31 gennaio 2026, la registrazione dovrà essere effettuata tra il sesto giorno del secondo mese successivo a quello di variazione o nuova attivazione dei POS e l?"ultimo giorno lavorativo dello stesso mese.Ad esempio, il POS attivato nel mese di aprile 2026 dovrà essere collegato tra il 6 giugno e il 30 giugno 2026, tramite la procedura web disponibile nel sito dell?"Agenzia. L?"aggiornamento dei collegamenti, precisa l'Agenzia, è necessario nei seguenti casi: collegamento di un POS già in uso ad un altro RT già in uso attivazione di un nuovo RT che viene collegato a uno o più POS già in uso attivazione di un nuovo POS che viene collegato a uno o più RT già in uso dismissione di un POS o di un RT. L'Agenzia ha reso disponibile anche una guida operativa, rivolta ad operatori ed intermediari, che illustra, anche con immagini e tabelle, le modalità per completare la comunicazione.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
