PER L'ASSEGNO UNICO E UNIVERSALE CON ARRETRATI DOMANDA ENTRO IL 30 GIUGNO


Ricordiamo che gli interessati all'Assegno Unico e Universale per i figli a carico, comprensivo di arretrati, devono presentare la domanda entro il prossimo 30 giugno. Per le domande presentate dal 1° gennaio al 30 giugno 2022, infatti, l'Assegno unico e universale spetta con tutti gli arretrati relativi ai mesi di marzo, aprile e maggio 2022. Invece, per le domande presentate dopo il 30 giugno, l'Assegno decorre dal mese successivo a quello di presentazione ed è determinato sulla base dell' ISEE al momento della domanda. Sono 3 le modalità per presentare la domanda: accedendo dal sito Inps al servizio "Assegno unico e universale per i figli a carico" con SPID almeno di livello 2, Carta di Identità Elettronica 3.0 (CIE) o Carta Nazionale dei Servizi (CNS); contattando il numero verde 803.164 (gratuito da rete fissa) o il numero 06 164.164 (da rete mobile, con la tariffa applicata dal gestore telefonico); tramite enti di patronato, attraverso i servizi telematici offerti gratuitamente dagli stessi.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
