FATTURE ESENTI DA IMPOSTA BOLLO: CHIARIMENTI DALL'AGENZIA ENTRATE


Le fatture che indicano il pagamento di corrispettivi relativi ad operazioni assoggettate ad Iva sono esenti dall'imposta di bollo. Sono invece soggette alla stessa imposta, nella misura di 2,00 euro, solo nel caso in cui, oltre ad indicare i corrispettivi che si riferiscono alle operazioni assoggettate ad Iva, attestino pagamenti esclusi dalla base imponibile Iva per un ammontare superiore a 77,47 euro. Il chiarimento è stato fornito dall'Agenzia Entrate, con la Risposta a interpello n. 7 del 10 gennaio 2022. Sempre nella stessa risposta l'Agenzia precisa che, ogni volta che si emette una fattura nei confronti della PA, o per obbligo di legge o perché richiesta dalla stessa per documentare gli importi corrisposti, anche se riferita a importi non assoggettati ad Iva, deve essere sempre in formato elettronico attraverso il Sistema di Interscambio.  Peraltro, concludono le Entrate, a partire dal 1° gennaio 2019, per effetto di quanto disposto dalla legge di bilancio 2018, tutti gli operatori economici, residenti o stabiliti in Italia hanno l'obbligo di emettere la fattura elettronica sia nei rapporti "B2B" ("business to business") che "B2C" ("business to consumer").   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
