CREDITO D'IMPOSTA PER IL PAGAMENTO DEL CANONE PATRIMONIALE: LE REGOLE PER LA FRUIZIONE DEL BONUS


Con Circolare n. 1/E del 7 gennaio 2022 l'Agenzia delle Entrate fornisce chiarimenti in merito alle modalità di fruizione del tax credit "manifesti pubblicitari" per il pagamento del canone unico patrimoniale, introdotto dal Dl Sostegni bis (Dl n. 73/2021).  Con uno stanziamento complessivo pari a 20 milioni di euro il bonus, destinato ai titolari di impianti pubblicitari privati (o concessi a privati) che hanno versato il canone patrimoniale dovuto per il 2021 per l’affissione di manifesti commerciali in aree pubbliche o aperte al pubblico, è stato introdotto per favorire la ripresa del mercato della pubblicità, anche in considerazione delle ripercussioni economiche dovute all’emergenza sanitaria.  Il tax credit è utilizzabile esclusivamente in compensazione e potrà essere richiesto, a partire dal 10 febbraio e fino al 10 marzo 2022, comunicando l’importo versato per lo scorso anno tramite i canali telematici dell’Agenzia. Come si calcola il canone da comunicare Il credito d’imposta è riconosciuto in proporzione al canone versato relativamente all’anno 2021 per un ammontare corrispondente al canone versato per non più di 6 mesi.  Qualora il versamento sia stato effettuato per un periodo superiore a 6 mesi, il canone va, quindi, ricalcolato parametrando l’importo versato ai 6 mesi.  Ad esempio, nel caso in cui i soggetti passivi abbiano versato il canone: per 4 mesi dell’anno 2021, rileva l’intero importo; per 8 mesi dell’anno 2021, rileva l’importo pari al canone versato diviso per 8 e moltiplicato per 6; per l’intero anno 2021, rileva l’importo pari al canone versato diviso per 12 e moltiplicato per 6. Nel caso in cui il periodo superiore a 6 mesi di versamento del canone non comprenda mesi interi, tale calcolo deve essere effettuato con riferimento al numero dei giorni a cui si riferisce il canone.
