CREDITO D'IMPOSTA DIGITALIZZAZIONE AGENZIE DI VIAGGIO E TOUR OPERATOR


E' stato pubblicato il Decreto Interministeriale, emanato dal Ministro del Turismo di concerto con il Ministro dell’Economia e delle Finanze, con le modalità per la fruizione del Credito d’imposta per la digitalizzazione di agenzie di viaggio e tour operator (art. 4 del DL n. 153/2021), con particolare riferimento: a) ai soggetti ammessi a beneficiare dell’incentivo, alle tipologie di interventi ammessi, alle soglie massime di spesa ammissibile, nonché ai criteri di verifica e accertamento dell’effettività delle spese sostenute; b) alle procedure per l’ammissione delle spese al credito d’imposta, per il suo riconoscimento e utilizzo; c) alle procedure di recupero nei casi di utilizzo illegittimo dell’incentivo; d) alle modalità per garantire il rispetto del limite massimo di spesa ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi relativi alla misura 4.2 M1C3 del PNRR. Il contributo, sotto forma di credito d'imposta, è riconosciuto alle agenzie di viaggio e ai tour operator con codice ATECO 79.1, 79.11, 79.12 e che, al momento della presentazione della domanda di partecipazione, devono risultare regolarmente iscritti al registro delle imprese. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
