COMUNICAZIONI ANOMALIE DATI ISA TRIENNIO 2016-2018


Con il Provvedimento del 15 novembre 2021 vengono definite le modalità con cui l’Agenzia delle Entrate mette a disposizione dei contribuenti tenuti all'applicazione degli indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale (ISA) o dei loro intermediari: gli elementi e le informazioni relativi a possibili omissioni o anomalie nei dati dichiarati ai fini degli studi di settore o degli ISA, in allegato a REDDITI, rilevate dall’Agenzia delle entrate sia analizzando i dati stessi sia le altre fonti informative disponibili; le risposte inviate dallo stesso contribuente, anche tramite il proprio intermediario, relative alle citate comunicazioni utilizzando la specifica procedura informatica resa disponibile dall’Agenzia. Scopo delle comunicazioni, si legge nel Provvedimento, è quello di introdurre nuove e più avanzate forme di comunicazione tra il contribuente e l’amministrazione fiscale, anche in termini preventivi rispetto alle scadenze fiscali, finalizzate a semplificare gli adempimenti, stimolare l’assolvimento degli obblighi tributari e favorire l’emersione spontanea delle basi imponibili. Il Provvedimento approva anche le specifiche tecniche per l'individuazione delle anomalie nei dati degli studi di settore e degli ISA, relative il triennio di imposta 2016-2018, consultabili dai contribuenti interessati nel proprio “Cassetto fiscale”. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
