AG. ENTRATE-RISCOSSIONE: NUOVO SERVIZIO PER RICHIEDERE LA COPIA DEI BOLLETTINI DELLA ROTTAMAZIONE-TER


Il servizio dell'Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione per richiedere o scaricare direttamente online i bollettini delle rate della definizione agevolata delle cartelle si è arricchito di nuove funzionalità per consentire ai contribuenti che hanno un piano di pagamento ripartito in più di 10 rate di ottenere gli ulteriori moduli da utilizzare per il versamento dall’undicesima rata in poi. Il servizio permette inoltre di ottenere la copia della comunicazione delle somme dovute e dei moduli di pagamento relativi alle prime dieci scadenze. Per utilizzare il servizio è sufficiente accedere all'area dedicata alla rottamazione-ter e al saldo e stralcio del sito dell'Ag. Entrate-riscossione ed inserire il proprio codice fiscale e la documentazione prevista per il riconoscimento. Si riceverà copia della comunicazione con gli ulteriori bollettini all’indirizzo email indicato, Nell’area riservata, invece, a cui si accede con le credenziali Spid, Cie e Cns, i bollettini saranno scaricabili direttamente. Nel Comunicato Stampa dell'11 novembre l'Agenzia segnala inoltre che, a seguito dell’annullamento dei carichi di importo inferiore a 5 mila euro previsto dal decreto sostegni (DL n. 41/2021), è stato aggiornato il servizio “Verifica Stralcio” , tramite il quale è ora possibile conoscere se i carichi contenuti nel proprio piano di definizione agevolata siano stati effettivamente annullati, ricorrendone i requisiti previsti dalla legge (compresi quelli reddituali), oppure esclusi dall’annullamento. Nel primo caso, laddove venga riscontrata la presenza di carichi annullati, con lo stesso servizio è possibile chiedere l’invio dei bollettini da utilizzare per il pagamento al netto dei debiti oggetto di annullamento.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
