BONUS "TEATRO E SPETTACOLI": TUTTO QUELLO CHE C'è DA SAPERE NELLA CIRCOLARE DELLE ENTRATE


Pubblicate le istruzioni per richiedere il Credito d'imposta per attività teatrali e spettacoli dal vivo, previsto dall'Articolo 36-bis, del decreto-legge 22 marzo 2021, n. 41 (Decreto Sostegni) destinato alle imprese che effettuano attività teatrali e spettacoli dal vivo, anche attraverso l'utilizzo di sistemi digitali. Nella Circolare n. 14/E del 10 novembre 2021 l'Agenzia delle Entrate, sentito il Ministero della cultura (MiC), fornisce chiarimenti in merito alla suddetta agevolazione, indicando come ottenere il contributo, i requisiti da rispettare e le tipologie di spese ammissibili. Il Bonus "Teatro e Spettacoli" è riconosciuto, oltre che alle imprese residenti, anche alle stabili organizzazioni di soggetti non residenti, che - indipendentemente dalla natura giuridica, dal regime contabile adottato e dalle dimensioni aziendali - operano nell'ambito delle attività teatrali e degli spettacoli dal vivo. Beneficiari sono anche gli enti, sia commerciali che non commerciali, ma con riferimento, per questi ultimi, all'attività commerciale eventualmente esercitata. Il bonus è riconosciuto sotto forma di credito d'imposta, nella misura del 90% delle spese sostenute nell'anno 2020, a condizione che l'ammontare del fatturato dell'anno 2020 abbia subìto una riduzione di almeno il 20% rispetto all'ammontare del fatturato del 2019 ed è utilizzabile esclusivamente in compensazione.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
