BONUS "PRIMA CASA" UNDER 36: C'è IL CODICE TRIBUTO DA INDICARE NELL'F24


Con Risoluzione n. 62/E del 27 ottobre 2021 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito il codice tributo per l'utilizzo in compensazione, tramite modello F24, del credito d'imposta in favore degli acquirenti di "prime case" di abitazione che non hanno compiuto 36 anni di età, istituito dall'articolo 64, comma 7, del n.73/2021 (Decreto "Sostegni-bis"). Si tratta del codice tributo "6928", denominato "Credito d'imposta "prima casa under 36" - art. 64, c. 7, DL n. 73 del 2021", da esporre, in sede di compilazione del modello F24, nella sezione "Erario", nella colonna "importi a credito compensati", ovvero, nei casi in cui il contribuente debba procedere al riversamento dell'agevolazione, nella colonna "importi a debito versati". Il campo "anno di riferimento" è valorizzato con il periodo d'imposta in cui è stato stipulato l'atto traslativo a titolo oneroso della proprietà, nel formato "AAAA". Il credito d'imposta, come anticipato, spetta agli acquirenti della "prima casa" che non hanno ancora compiuto trentasei anni di età nell'anno in cui l'atto è stipulato, e il suo ammontare è pari all'Iva corrisposta in relazione all'acquisto. Può essere portato in diminuzione dalle imposte di registro, ipotecaria, catastale, sulle successioni e donazioni dovute sugli atti e sulle denunce presentati dopo la data di acquisizione del credito, ovvero può essere utilizzato in diminuzione dell'Irpef dovuta in base alla dichiarazione da presentare successivamente alla data dell'acquisto o, ancora, può essere utilizzato in compensazione tramite modello F24. Il credito d'imposta è attribuito solo in relazione agli atti stipulati tra il 26 maggio 2021, data di entrata in vigore in vigore del Decreto "Sostegni-bis", e il 30 giugno 2022.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
