IN VIGORE IL DECRETO FISCALE COLLEGATO ALLA LEGGE DI BILANCIO 2022


Con la pubblicazione nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 252 del 21 ottobre 2-21 entra in vigore il Decreto Legge n. 146/2021, che reca misure urgenti in materia economica e fiscale, a tutela del lavoro e per esigenze indifferibili. I primi sette articoli, in particolare, si occupano di materia fiscale. L'art. 1 (Rimessione in termini per la Rottamazione-ter e saldo e stralcio) prevede il differimento del versamento delle rate delle definizioni agevolate dei carichi affidati alla riscossione (cosiddetti “rottamazione-ter” e “saldo e stralcio”) originariamente in scadenza a decorrere dal 2020. Dovranno quindi essere versate integralmente, entro il 30 novembre 2021: le rate della “Rottamazione-ter” e della “Definizione agevolata delle risorse UE” scadute il 28 febbraio, 31 maggio, 31 luglio, 30 novembre del 2020 e 28 febbraio, 31 maggio, 31 luglio, 30 novembre del 2021; le rate del “Saldo e stralcio” scadute il 31 marzo, 31 luglio del 2020 e 31 marzo, 31 luglio del 2021. N.B.: per il pagamento entro questo nuovo termine sono ammessi i cinque giorni di tolleranza di cui all’articolo 3, comma 14-bis, del DL n. 119 del 2018. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
