ONLINE IL RAPPORTO SUI MUTUI IPOTECARI 2021


L'Osservatorio del mercato immobiliare dell’Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato il rapporto sui mutui ipotecari 2021, con i dati riguardanti il 2020, che analizza il complesso dei finanziamenti concessi a fronte di garanzia ipotecaria su immobili e di fornire alcune informazioni sulla loro destinazione di utilizzo.  Nel documento sono contenute le statistiche sui mutui ipotecari (numero immobili ipotecati, capitale erogato, tasso di interesse applicato alla prima rata), classificate per tipo di atto e per aree geografiche. Vengono analizzati, in particolare, i principali dati di consuntivo del 2020 relativi al flusso di nuovi mutui (non sono quindi comprese le cosiddette surroghe) e viene riportata, l’evoluzione delle serie storiche delle variabili considerate a partire dall’anno 2004.  Nel corso del 2020 sono stati sottoscritti e registrati complessivamente circa 366 mila atti di iscrizione ipotecaria, per un totale di 78,3 miliardi di capitale di debito finanziato a fronte di 808.568 immobili concessi in garanzia.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
