Il secondo comma dell’art. 2086 del Codice Civile, come introdotto dal D.Lgs 12 gennaio 2019 n. 14 (Codice della Crisi e dell’Insolvenza), stabilisce che "L'imprenditore, che operi in forma societaria o collettiva, ha il dovere di istituire un assetto organizzativo, amministrativo e contabile adeguato alla natura e alle dimensioni dell'impresa, anche in funzione della rilevazione tempestiva della crisi dell'impresa e della perdita della continuità aziendale, nonché di attivarsi senza indugio per l'adozione e l'attuazione di uno degli strumenti previsti dall'ordinamento per il superamento della crisi e il recupero della continuità aziendale". Vi segnaliamo l'iniziativa ACEF "Tecniche di auditing, implementazione e controllo dell’adeguatezza degli assetti organizzativi, amministrativi e contabili per il governo dell’impresa" - Strumenti di governance per la continuità del business e la prevenzione della Crisi d’impresa, che si terrà nei giorni 27 ottobre e 4 novembre 2021, dalle ore 14:30 alle ore 18:30.  Il corso online, si rivolge alle Piccole e Medie Imprese e ai Professionisti che le assistono, e vuole approfondire le tecniche e gli strumenti a disposizione per verificare l’adeguatezza degli assetti aziendali, e quindi del modello di governance, e implementarne le mancanze, nel contesto complesso e fortemente incerto generato dalla lunga emergenza sanitaria. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
