SI' AL BONUS FACCIATE PER I PARAPETTI DEI BALCONI


Il "bonus facciate" spetta per le spese sostenute per l'intervento sui parapetti dei balconi, trattandosi di elementi costitutivi del balcone stesso. Il chiarimento è stato fornito dall'Agenzia delle Entrate, con la Risposta n. 482 del 15 luglio scorso. Relativamente invece all'installazione dei corpi illuminanti a soffitto o a parete in corrispondenza dei balconi stessi, chiarisce l'Agenzia, nel presupposto che si tratti di opere accessorie e di completamento dell'intervento sulle facciate esterne nel suo insieme, i cui costi sono strettamente collegati alla realizzazione dell'intervento stesso, il bonus spetta solo nel caso in cui, tali interventi, si rendessero necessari per motivi "tecnici".
