NUOVO SERVIZIO WEB PER LA GESTIONE DELLE PROCURE


Lo prevede l'accordo siglato dal Consiglio Nazionale dei Commercialisti con l'Agenzia entrate, che va ad integrare la Convenzione del 2019. Il nuovo servizio web "Gestione Procure" è riservato agli iscritti agli Ordini dei dottori commercialisti e degli esperti contabili, e permetterà loro di comunicare i dati delle procure conferite dai propri clienti per le attività di assistenza presso gli uffici dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, utilizzando un apposito applicativo web messo a punto sulla base della Convenzione del 2019.  Il Consiglio Nazionale sarà responsabile della corretta trasmissione delle informazioni disponibili, che avverrà con cadenza settimanale, mentre i singoli Ordini territoriali avranno le responsabilità relative alla completezza e correttezza delle stesse informazioni. In base all'accordo, gli Ordini territoriali non dovranno più effettuare la comunicazione annuale all’Anagrafe Tributaria delle variazioni intercorse nell’anno precedente, in quanto l’adempimento si riterrà assolto con gli scambi informativi tra il Consiglio Nazionale e l’Agenzia delle Entrate. Gli Ordini, quindi, non dovranno più predisporre e spedire telematicamente all’Agenzia il file tramite il programma “ORDINI 2.0” perché, da quest’anno, all’invio dei dati previsto dal D.P.R. 605/1973 provvederà direttamente il CNDCEC attraverso l’Albo Unico Nazionale. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
