5 PER MILLE: ONLINE GLI ELENCHI DI AMMESSI ED ESCLUSI


Sono online sul sito dell'Agenzia Entrate gli elenchi dei beneficiari del 5 per mille 2020, con i dati relativi alle preferenze espresse dai contribuenti nella propria dichiarazione dei redditi.  Si tratta di enti di volontariato, ricerca sanitaria e scientifica, associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, enti per la tutela dei beni culturali e paesaggistici, enti gestori delle aree protette e Comuni. L'elenco degli ammessi e degli esclusi è pubblicato nella sezione "5 per mille" del sito dell'Agenzia, insieme agli importi attribuiti. I numeri L’elenco degli ammessi comprende in totale 69.151 enti, suddivisi come di seguito: enti del volontariato (49.491) associazioni sportive dilettantistiche (10.902) enti della ricerca scientifica (510) enti che operano nel settore della sanità (106) enti dei beni culturali e paesaggistici (136) enti gestori delle aree protette (24).  Nell’elenco compaiono anche 7.982 Comuni, a cui sono destinati 16,5 milioni di euro. Le scelte espresse dai contribuenti nella dichiarazione Il settore che si conferma al primo posto tra le scelte dei contribuenti è il volontariato, destinatario di ben oltre 338 milioni di euro. Al secondo posto la ricerca sanitaria, con 78 milioni di euro, seguita dalla ricerca scientifica, a cui vanno 68,1 milioni di euro. Ai Comuni vanno invece 16,5 milioni di euro, alle associazioni sportive dilettantistiche 15,8 milioni, agli enti per la tutela dei beni culturali e paesaggistici quasi 2 milioni e, per finire, 517mila euro agli enti gestori delle aree protette. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
