TAX CREDIT CINEMA: PRONTI I NUOVI CODICI TRIBUTO


Con la Risoluzione n. 42/E dell'8 giugno 2021 l'Agenzia delle Entrate istituisce i codici tributo per l'utilizzo in compensazione, tramite modello F24, dei crediti d'imposta per le imprese di produzione cinematografica e audiovisiva, nonché per le industrie tecniche e di post-produzione, di cui agli articoli 15 e 17, comma 2, della legge 14 novembre 2016, n. 220. Si tratta, nello specifico, dei seguenti codici: "6944" denominato "TAX CREDIT INDUSTRIE TECNICHE - art. 17, c. 2, legge n. 220/2016" "6945" denominato "TAX CREDIT OPERE DI FORMAZIONE E RICERCA - art. 15, legge n. 220/2016" da esporre, in sede di compilazione dell'F24, nella sezione "Erario", nella colonna "importi a credito compensati", o, nei casi in cui il contribuente debba procedere al riversamento dell'agevolazione, nella colonna "importi a debito versati". Il campo "anno di riferimento" è valorizzato con l'anno cui si riferisce il credito, nel formato "AAAA". I contribuenti potranno verificare l'importo del credito d'imposta spettante nella sezione "Cassetto fiscale", accessibile dall'area riservata del sito internet dell'Agenzia delle entrate, al link "Crediti IVA / Agevolazioni utilizzabili".   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
