BONUS MOBILI: PER USUFRUIRE DELL'AGEVOLAZIONE LA DATA DI INIZIO LAVORI DEVE ESSERE ANTECEDENTE A QUELLA DELL'ACQUISTO DEI BENI


Lo chiarisce l'Agenzia delle Entrate, con una risposta fornita sulla propria rivista telematica. Per poter usufruire del bonus mobili, che consiste in una detrazione Irpef del 50% per l'acquisto di mobili e di grandi elettrodomestici di classe non inferiore alla A+ (A per i forni), destinati ad arredare un immobile oggetto di ristrutturazione, è necessario che la data di inizio lavori sia anteriore a quella in cui sono sostenute le spese per l'acquisto di mobili e di grandi elettrodomestici. Si ricorda che l'agevolazione è stata prorogata dalla recente legge di bilancio anche per gli acquisti che si effettueranno nel 2019, ma potrà essere richiesta solo da chi realizza un intervento di ristrutturazione edilizia iniziato a partire dal 1° gennaio 2018.
