SERVIZI IPOTECARI: A PARTIRE DA GENNAIO 2020 NUOVE INDICAZIONI PER LA COMPILAZIONE DEI MODELLI F24 ELIDE E F24 EP


Con le Risoluzioni n. 79/E e n. 94/E del 2017 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito i codici tributo da utilizzare nei modelli F24 ELIDE ed F24 EP per il versamento delle somme da corrispondere agli Uffici Provinciali-Territorio, in relazione ai servizi ipotecari. Parliamo, in particolare, dei codici: "T91T" denominato "Imposta di bollo dovuta in relazione alle operazioni effettuate presso gli sportelli degli Uffici Provinciali - Territorio"; "T92T" denominato "Imposta ipotecaria dovuta per la presentazione delle formalità ipotecarie presso i reparti di pubblicità immobiliare e relativi interessi"; "T93T" denominato "Tasse ipotecarie dovute per la presentazione delle formalità ipotecarie, nonché per la richiesta di certificazioni e copie di atti e relativi interessi"; "T94T" denominato "Sanzioni per ravvedimento operoso correlate alla ritardata presentazione delle formalità nei registri immobiliari". L'Agenzia delle Entrate, a seguito della pubblicazione del Provvedimento del 28 ottobre 2019, con la Risoluzione n. 100/E del 10 dicembre 2019 comunica che, a partire dal 1° gennaio 2020, i modelli F24 ELIDE ed F24 EP dovranno essere compilati come segue: per la presentazione delle formalità ipotecarie allo sportello, relativamente ai codici tributo "T92T" e "T93T", sono indicati: nel campo "elementi identificativi/estremi identificativi", l'identificativo numerico del titolo relativo alla formalità per la quale viene effettuato il pagamento (ad esempio, n.ro repertorio, n.ro registro cronologico, n.ro protocollo, etc...); nel campo "anno di riferimento/riferimento B", l'anno di formazione del titolo relativo alla formalità per la quale viene effettuato il pagamento (ad esempio, anno di stipula, anno della deliberazione, anno dell'emanazione, etc...), nel formato "AAAA". per le richieste di certificazioni ipotecarie e di copie di atti, relativamente al codice tributo "T93T", sono indicati: nel campo "elementi identificativi/estremi identificativi", il numero di protocollo della richiesta; nel campo "anno di riferimento/riferimento B", l'anno della richiesta, nel formato "AAAA". Restano ferme, chiariscono infine le Entrate, le altre istruzioni impartite con le citate risoluzioni n. 79/E del 30 giugno 2017 e n. 94/E del 19 luglio 2017. Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
