DALL'8 DICEMBRE DELEGA UNICA AGLI INTERMEDIARI FISCALI


Dal prossimo 8 dicembre ai contribuenti basterà una sola comunicazione per utilizzare i servizi online dell'Agenzia delle Entrate e di Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione. Lo ha stabilito l'Agenzia Entrate nel Provvedimento del 7 agosto, nel quale ha fissato modalità e tempi di attivazione. Sono previste modalità esclusivamente digitali per l'attivazione (o revoca) delle deleghe agli intermediari. La comunicazione potrà essere effettuata direttamente dal contribuente attraverso una specifica funzionalità presente nella sua area riservata del sito dell?"Agenzia delle entrate oppure dall?"intermediario delegato.Per permettere il passaggio alle nuove modalità l'Agenzia ha previsto un  fermo dei servizi per la comunicazione delle deleghe nei giorni del 6 e 7 dicembre 2025.Fino al 5 dicembre, sarà possibile procedere al rinnovo delle deleghe in scadenza con le procedure attualmente in vigore. Nel caso in cui un intermediario ritenga di non potersi adeguare in tempo utile alle nuove modalità di comunicazione dei dati relativi al conferimento delle deleghe avrà la possibilità, fino al 5 dicembre, di procedere al rinnovo delle deleghe in scadenza con le procedure attualmente in vigore. Relativamente, invece, all?"acquisizione massiva dei dati per il calcolo degli ISA per l?"anno di imposta 2024, rilevanti anche per l?"adesione al Concordato Preventivo Biennale per i periodi d?"imposta 2025 e 2026, viene previsto che gli intermediari non provvisti della delega alla consultazione del servizio “cassetto fiscale”, per trasmettere le richieste all'Agenzia Entrate, possano continuare ad utilizzare fino al 30 aprile 2026 le modalità previste nel provvedimento del Direttore della stessa Agenzia n. 176087 dell?"11 aprile 2025.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
