AGENZIA ENTRATE: GUIDA AGGIORNATA AI SERVIZI ONLINE. NOVITà PER I SERVIZI DEDICATI AGLI IMMOBILI


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato una nuova versione della guida "I servizi dell'Agenzia delle Entrate", aggiornata a luglio 2025, pensata per facilitare i contribuenti ad assolvere agli adempimenti che li riguardano ed essere in regola senza recarsi in un ufficio dell'Agenzia. La nuova versione della guida illustra, anche con esempi pratici, come si può fare tutto direttamente da casa, principalmente utilizzando il portale on line dell'Agenzia e gli altri canali messi a disposizione dei cittadini.  Le principali novitàUna delle novità riguarda la visura catastale, che consente di consultare e ottenere gli atti e i documenti catastali, tra cui: i dati identificativi e reddituali dei beni immobili (terreni e fabbricati); i dati anagrafici delle persone, fisiche o giuridiche, intestatarie dei beni immobili; i dati grafici dei terreni (mappa catastale) e delle unità immobiliari urbane (planimetrie). Ora, a differenza da quanto avveniva prima, l'utente può effettuare gratuitamente la visura on line sia dei propri immobili sia di quelli di cui non è titolare. Richiedendo la visura presso lo sportello, invece, questa è gratuita solo per gli immobili di cui si è intestatari. Se si accede tramite area riservata alla sezione "Visure, planimetrie e ispezioni ipotecarie degli immobili”, accedendo al servizio “Visure catastali di immobili non di proprietà”, è possibile ottenere gratuitamente anche le visure catastali on line su immobili dei quali non si risulti titolari in catasto, come: visure attuali per soggetto; visure, attuali o storiche, di un immobile censito al Catasto Terreni o al Catasto Fabbricati, impostando la ricerca attraverso gli identificativi catastali; visura della mappa con la rappresentazione della particella censita al Catasto Terreni. Richiedendo, invece, il rilascio di visure catastali di immobili non di proprietà presso gli sportelli degli Uffici provinciali dell'Agenzia, è previsto il pagamento delle tasse per i servizi ipotecari e catastali. Altro "plus" la possibilità, in area libera attraverso il servizio gratuito "Constulazione rendite catastali", di conoscere: per i fabbricati, l?"indirizzo, la zona censuaria, la categoria, la classe, la consistenza e la rendita catastale; per i terreni, la superficie, la qualità, il reddito dominicale e quello agrario.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
