ASSURANCE NEL REPORTING DI SOSTENIBILITà: IL DOCUMENTO DEI COMMERCIALISTI


Il Parlamento europeo e il Consiglio dell'Unione europea hanno approvato la proposta di direttiva sul rinvio dei termini (Stop-the clock Proposal) che ha l'obiettivo di rinviare le date di applicazione di alcuni obblighi riguardanti la rendicontazione societaria di sostenibilità e al dovere di diligenza delle imprese ai fini della sostenibilità, e rinviare il termine di recepimento delle disposizioni in materia di dovere di diligenza. La proposta di direttiva fa riferimento al pacchetto Omnibus I, adottato dalla Commissione il 26 febbraio 2025 con l'obiettivo di semplificare la normativa eurounitaria in materia di sostenibilità. Nel documento "L?"importanza dell?"assurance nel reporting di sostenibilità"  il Consiglio e la Fondazione nazionale dei Commercialisti sottolineano l'opportunità di continuare a fornire strumenti operativi concreti ai professionisti nel settore dell'assurance di sostenibilità, che richiede, proprio per l'evoluzione del framework normativo eurounitario e nazionale in materia, nuove competenze e un aggiornamento costante.Per garantire coerenza, qualità e comparabilità nelle attività di assurance, i professionisti devono infatti poter contare su linee guida, checklist, modelli di lavoro e interpretazioni tecniche. Al di là della decisione che verrà assunta dal legislatore europeo in tema di assurance (limited o reasonable), spiegano i Commericalisti, "per le imprese europee che non saranno soggette all'obbligo, l'assurance volontaria sulle informazioni di sostenibilità può assumere un carattere strategico anche in assenza di un obbligo normativo e ciò sulla base di considerazioni che si riferiscono a una serie di aspetti quali il merito creditizio e l'accountability verso gli stakeholder". E' dunque importante "prepararsi alle sfide future: un'impresa che sia in grado di sfruttare al meglio i trend di sostenibilità è più probabile che si possa trovare in una posizione di maggior vantaggio competitivo, in un miglior posizionamento di mercato e, quindi, possa essere valutata con una probabilità di default più bassa".   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
