ESAMI DI STATO COMMERCIALISTI 2025: PUBBLICATA L'ORDINANZA CON DATE E REQUISITI


Con Ordinanza Ministeriale n. 426 del 19 giugno il Ministero dell'Università e della Ricerca ha indetto gli esami di Stato di abilitazione all'esercizio delle professioni di Dottore commercialista ed esperto contabile nonché per le prove integrative per l'abilitazione all'esercizio della Revisione legale.A darne notizia il Consiglio nazionale dei Commercialisti, nel?"informativa 97/2025. La prima e la seconda sessione degli esami di abilitazione all?"esercizio della professione di dottore commercialista e di esperto contabile sono indette nei mesi di luglio e novembre 2025. Sono inoltre indette, all?"interno di queste sessioni d?"esame, le prove integrative per l?"abilitazione all?"esercizio della revisione legale.  Gli esami di Stato per l?"accesso alla sezione A dell?"albo (dottori commercialisti) avranno inizio in tutte le sedi per la prima sessione il 25 luglio 2025 e per la seconda sessione il 14 novembre 2025. Gli esami per l?"accesso alla sezione B dell?"albo (esperti contabili) inizieranno in tutte le sedi per la prima sessione il giorno 31 luglio 2025 e per la seconda sessione il giorno 20 novembre 2025. Le prove integrative ai fini dell?"iscrizione al registro dei revisori legali si svolgeranno secondo l?"ordine stabilito per le singole sedi dai Presidenti delle commissioni esaminatrici, reso noto con avviso nell?"albo dell?"università o istituto di istruzione universitaria sede d?"esame.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
