CONTENZIOSO TRIBUTARIO: IN DIMINUZIONE I NUOVI RICORSI NEL IV TRIMESTRE 2023


Sul stio internet della Giustizia Tributaria è stato pubblicato il rapporto trimestrale sul contenzioso tributario relativo al periodo IV trimestre 2023, corredato delle appendici statistiche. Nel periodo ottobre-dicembre 2023, i ricorsi pervenuti complessivamente presso le Corti di giustizia tributaria sono stati 41.699, dei quali 32.471 in primo grado e 9.228 in appello, registrando quindi una diminuzione rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2022 (-26,13%, pari a -14.750 controversie). La diminuzione, in particolare, riguarda le nuove controversie sia nel primo (-28,57%) che nel secondo grado di giudizio (-16,04%). Il valore complessivo dei nuovi ricorsi, pari a 5,3 miliardi di euro, diminuisce su base annua del 33,55% in primo grado, e del 6,03% in appello. Sempre nel IV trimestre del 2023 sono state definite complessivamente 59.697 controversie, delle quali 43.713 in primo grado e 15.984 in appello, con una diminuzione tendenziale delledecisioni depositate pari al 2,90% (-1.782 controversie) rispetto al corrispondentetrimestre del 2022. La diminuzione, in particolare, riguarda le decisioni nel primo grado (-5,52%), mentre si registra un aumento nel grado di appello (+5,07%). Fonte: https://www.dgt.mef.gov.it

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
