COME ADERIRE ALLA "ROTTAMAZIONE-TER": TUTTE LE INDICAZIONI UTILI


L'art 3 del Decreto Legge n. 119/2018 prevede la Definizione agevolata dei carichi affidati all'Agente della riscossione dal 1° gennaio 2000 al 31 dicembre 2017 (cosiddetta "rottamazione-ter"). Coloro che decideranno di aderire pagheranno l'importo residuo delle somme dovute senza corrispondere le sanzioni e gli interessi di mora. Per le multe stradali, invece, non si pagheranno gli interessi di mora e le maggiorazioni previste dalla legge. CHI PUO' ADERIRE Possono aderire alla nuova Definizione agevolata 2018 tutti coloro che hanno carichi affidati all'Agente della riscossione dal 1° gennaio 2000 al 31 dicembre 2017, compresi quelli che avevano già aderito: alla "prima rottamazione" (Definizione agevolata prevista dal D.L. n. 193/2016) e sono decaduti per non aver versato tempestivamente ed integralmente le rate del piano di definizione; alla "rottamazione-bis" (Definizione agevolata prevista dal D.L. n. 148/2017) nel solo caso in cui risultino integralmente saldate, entro il 7 dicembre 2018, tutte le rate in scadenza nei mesi di luglio, settembre e ottobre 2018. COME ADERIRE Per aderire alla Definizione agevolata 2018 è necessario presentare, entro il 30 aprile 2019, l'apposita dichiarazione di adesione: alla casella pec della Direzione Regionale di Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione di riferimento, inviando il Modello DA-2018, debitamente compilato in ogni sua parte, unitamente alla copia del documento di identità. La domanda deve essere trasmessa tramite posta elettronica certificata (pec); presso gli Sportelli di Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione presenti su tutto il territorio nazionale (esclusa la regione Sicilia) consegnando il Modello DA-2018 debitamente compilato e firmato. Si può scegliere di pagare in un'unica soluzione o fino a un massimo di 10 rate consecutive di pari importo (5 anni), con scadenza il 31 luglio e il 30 novembre di ciascun anno. Il termine per pagare la prima o unica rata è fissato dal legislatore al 31 luglio 2019. DOPO LA PRESENTAZIONE DELLA DOMANDA Dopo la presentazione della domanda l'Agenzia delle Entrate invierà al contribuente, entro il 30 giugno 2019, una comunicazione che informerà dell'accoglimento o dell'eventuale diniego della domanda. La comunicazione di accoglimento conterrà l'ammontare complessivo delle somme dovute ai fini della Definizione agevolata 2018, la scadenza delle eventuali rate e i relativi bollettini di pagamento.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
