CALCOLO CONVENIENZA COMPENSI AMMINISTRATORE O DIVIDENDI (REGIME TRANSITORIO): SOFTWARE IN EXCEL


Per il socio/amministratore è meglio percepire un compenso, assoggettato ad IRPEF ma che diventa un costo deducibile per la società, o un dividendo, che ha una tassazione inferiore e un minor carico contributivo in capo al percettore? È un dilemma ricorrente ma molto difficile da risolvere anche perché non esiste una risposta univoca. Sono diverse le variabili che intervengono e che possono cambiare di anno in anno, anche per la stessa società. Proprio per agevolare il Professionista nel fornire una risposta chiara e documentata, abbiamo predisposto il software in MS Excel "Calcolo convenienza compensi amministratore o dividendi (regime transitorio)" che consente in modo semplice, per il numero di dati richiesti, di determinare il carico contributivo e fiscale complessivo per la società e il socio verificando quale situazione è la meno onerosa (sia considerando i contributi come solo un onere o anche come un investimento di natura previdenziale). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
