APPROVATI DISEGNI DI LEGGE DELEGA AL GOVERNO PER LE SEMPLIFICAZIONI, I RIASSETTI NORMATIVI E LE CODIFICAZIONI DI SETTORE


Il Consiglio dei Ministri n. 48 del 28 febbraio 2019 ha approvato diversi disegni di legge di delega al Governo per le semplificazioni, i riassetti normativi e le codificazioni di settore. I testi fanno seguito e superano, ampliandone la portata, il disegno di legge in materia di semplificazione approvato in via preliminare dal Consiglio dei Ministri lo scorso 12 dicembre. Tra i disegni di legge di delega al Governo, il Consiglio dei Ministri ha previsto: la revisione ed integrazione del codice civile intervenendo, in particolare, in materia di contratti, di rapporti tra le parti, di successione, di responsabilità contrattuale ed extracontrattuale; il riassetto delle norme in materia di lavoro, si prevedono interventi in materia di apprendistato; servizi per l'impiego e politiche del lavoro con relativi sistemi informativi di supporto. Inoltre si razionalizzano e riorganizzano le agenzie, gli enti o gli organismi facenti capo all'amministrazione statale che svolgono compiti in materia di servizi per l'impiego e politiche del lavoro, ivi compresi quelli preposti all'analisi delle politiche pubbliche, anche attraverso il loro accorpamento; al fine di migliorare qualità ed efficienza dell'azione amministrativa, garantire la certezza dei rapporti giuridici e chiarezza del diritto, il Governo viene delegato ad adottare una serie di decreti legislativi di semplificazione e codificazione in vari settori, tra cui sviluppo economico, fonti energetiche rinnovabili, edilizia, cittadinanza e innovazione digitale, prevenzione della corruzione, giustizia tributaria, tutela della salute; il riassetto della normativa relativa ai contratti pubblici rendendola più semplice e chiara. La delega promuove la responsabilità delle stazioni appaltanti e mira ad assicurare l'efficienza e la tempestività delle procedure di programmazione, di affidamento, di gestione e di esecuzione degli appalti pubblici e dei contratti di concessione, al fine di ridurre e rendere certi i tempi di realizzazione delle opere pubbliche; nel settore della disabilità sono previsti interventi in più settori: definizione della condizione di disabilità, disciplina dei benefici, promozione della vita indipendente e contrasto dell'esclusione sociale, inserimento nel mondo del lavoro, accessibilità e diritto alla mobilità. altre deleghe riguardano il turismo, l'agricoltura, l'istruzione, la formazione artistica.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
