GOVERNO: MISURE URGENTI A TUTELA DEI LAVORATORI DELLE AZIENDE IN CRISI


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta del 15 luglio 2021, ha approvato misure urgenti a tutela dei lavoratori delle aziende in crisi, che riguardano: l'esonero quote Tfr La proposta normativa consente alle imprese in procedura fallimentare o in amministrazione straordinaria, che richiedono dal 1° luglio al 31 dicembre 2021 il trattamento straordinario di integrazione salariale, la possibilità di essere esonerate dal pagamento delle quote di accantonamento del Tfr relative alla retribuzione persa a seguito della riduzione oraria o sospensione dal lavoro e dal cosiddetto contributo di licenziamento. Si tratta di una estensione dell’efficacia della misura di cui all’articolo 43-bis del decreto-legge n. 109/2018; l'integrazione cassa Covid La norma prevede in via eccezionale, per le imprese con un numero di lavoratori dipendenti non inferiore a mille che gestiscono almeno uno stabilimento industriale di interesse strategico nazionale, la concessione del trattamento di integrazione salariale di cui all’articolo 8, comma 1 del decreto 22 marzo 2021, n. 41, per una durata massima di ulteriori tredici settimane fruibili fino al 31 dicembre 2021.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
