TAX CREDIT CINEMA (SESSIONE 2021): DOMANDE A PARTIRE DALL'8 GIUGNO


Il Ministero della Cultura (Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo) informa che sono in corso le procedure che incrementeranno la dotazione del Fondo Cinema e Audiovisivo per l’anno 2021 a valere sulle risorse stanziate con il decreto-legge 25 maggio 2021 n.73 (Decreto "Sostegni-bis").  Per permettere una più precisa ripartizione delle risorse necessarie a fronteggiare le richieste che perverranno nelle varie linee di crediti d’imposta, dalle ore 10.00 di oggi, 8 giugno 2021, sarà possibile presentare le richieste di credito d’imposta relative alle seguenti linee di intervento:  Tax credit sviluppo opere audiovisive (TCSF2) Tax credit produzione cinematografica (TCPF2)  Tax credit produzione opere tv (TCAVTV2) Tax credit produzione opere web (TCAVW2) Tax credit produzione opere di ricerca e formazione (TCORF2) Tax credit produzione di videoclip (TCVC2) Il Ministero precisa inoltre che le domande potranno essere presentate in relazione a opere già realizzate in tutto o in parte, ossia per opere il cui avvio di almeno quattro settimane di riprese (ovvero di lavorazione per le opere di animazione), o del 50% delle giornate di ripresa (ovvero di lavorazione per le opere di animazione), avvenga entro i successivi 60 giorni.  Fonte: http://www.cinema.beniculturali.it

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
