IL COMMERCIALISTA DAL LAVORO: FOCUS SULLE NUOVE TUTELE PER IL LAVORO AUTONOMO


Il Consiglio e la Fondazione Nazionale dei Commercialisti hanno pubblicato l’informativa periodica "Commercialista del Lavoro" che pone l'attenzione sulle nuove tutele per il lavoro autonomo professionale. L'introduzione delle nuove misure è al centro dei lavori del tavolo tecnico con le parti sociali istituito dal Ministro del Lavoro, Andrea Orlando, riunitosi in videoconferenza lo scorso aprile. Il CNDCEC, in particolare, rappresentato dalla rispettiva area di delega, ha evidenziato le necessità di tutelare i professionisti attualmente privi di protezione in caso di perdita del reddito o di impossibilità temporanea all'esercizio della professione per cause di malattia.   Le sollecitazioni del CNDCEC e degli altri enti esponenziali di interessi, si legge nel documento, hanno già trovato riscontro in alcune delle misure inserite nel Decreto "Sostegni", tramite il quale il Governo ha mostrato una rinnovata attenzione nei confronti della categoria.   Particolare attenzione, infine, è rivolta all'ampliamento della disciplina dell'equo compenso, attualmente oggetto di tre proposte di legge incardinate alla Camera dei deputati. Il CNCDEC si è dichiarato a favore dell'istituzione di parametri di calcolo differenziati per categorie e della possibile introduzione di norme deontologiche utili a garantire il rispetto dei criteri fissati per l'equo compenso. A tal fine, l'istituzione di un osservatorio nazionale per monitorare l'applicazione dello strumento, agevolerebbe l'effettività delle misure. Leggi l'informativa.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
