DECRETO "SOSTEGNI": GLI INTERVENTI SETTORIALI


Il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato il decreto "Sostegni" che, con uno stanziamento di circa 32 miliardi di euro, si propone di potenziare gli strumenti di contrasto alla diffusione del contagio da COVID-19 e di contenere l'impatto sociale ed economico delle misure di prevenzione adottate.  Tra le diverse misure introdotte il Decreto prevede anche alcuni specifici interventi settoriali, tra cui: un sostegno alle attività didattiche a distanza o integrate; il rifinanziamento dei fondi previsti dalla legislazione in vigore per cultura, spettacolo, cinema e audiovisivo; il rifinanziamento dei fondi per la funzionalità delle forze di polizia e delle forze armate; un sostegno dedicato alle imprese del settore fieristico; un fondo da 200 milioni di euro per il sostegno allo sviluppo e alla produzione di nuovi farmaci e vaccini per fronteggiare le patologie infettive in ambito nazionale; un fondo da 200 milioni di euro, presso il Ministero dello sviluppo economico, per il sostegno alle grandi imprese in crisi a causa della pandemia, con l'esclusione di quelle del settore bancario e assicurativo; l'istituzione, presso il Ministero dell'economia e delle finanze, di un Fondo da 200 milioni di euro per l'anno 2021, da ripartire tra Regioni e Province autonome sulla base della proposta dagli stessi enti, da destinare al sostegno delle categorie economiche particolarmente colpite, incluse le attività commerciale o di ristorazione operanti nei centri storici e le imprese operanti nel settore dei matrimoni e degli eventi privati; l'ulteriore finanziamento, del Fondo per lo sviluppo e il sostegno delle filiere agricole, della pesca e dell'acquacoltura, istituito presso il Ministero delle politiche agricole alimentari e forestali. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
