CANONE TV IN BOLLETTA: DAL 1° LUGLIO LE COMUNICAZIONI PER L'ESONERO NEL 2026


Da oggi, 1° luglio, i titolari di un contratto di energia elettrica residenziale che non posseggono un televisore, possono inviare la dichiarazione sostitutiva di non detenzione dell?"apparecchio televisivo ed evitare l?"addebito automatico del canone sulla bolletta della luce per il 2026.Compilando il "quadro A" del modello disponibile sul sito dell?"Agenzia delle entrate insieme alle relative istruzioni, il contribuente dichiara che in nessuna delle abitazioni per le quali è titolare di utenza elettrica è presente un televisore proprio o appartenente a un componente della sua famiglia anagrafica. La dichiarazione di non detenzione ha validità annuale e va presentata per ogni anno in cui permane la condizione di non detenzione di alcun apparecchio TV. La dichiarazione, per avere effetto a partire dal 1° gennaio di un dato anno di riferimento, deve essere presentata a partire dal 1° luglio dell?"anno precedente ed entro il 31 gennaio dell?"anno di riferimento stesso. La dichiarazione presentata dal 1° febbraio ed entro il 30 giugno di un dato anno di riferimento, ha invece effetto per il canone dovuto per il semestre luglio-dicembre dello stesso anno. Come presentare la dichiarazioneLa dichiarazione sostitutiva può essere presentata direttamente dal contribuente o dall'erede: tramite l'apposita applicazione web, disponibile nell'area riservata del sito internet dell'Agenzia Entrate, a cui si può accedere con SPID, CNS, e CIE, oppure, nei casi previsti, con credenziali Entrate o Fisconline; avvalendosi di un intermediario abilitato (Caf, professionisti, ecc.). E' possibile inoltre trasmettere la dichiarazione sostitutiva anche tramite PEC, all'indirizzo cp22.canonetv@postacertificata.rai.it, purché la dichiarazione stessa sia sottoscritta con firma digitale o, se sottoscritta con firma autografa, ne sia allegata copia per immagine unitamente alla copia di un documento di identità. In caso di impossibilità di presentazione telematica, la dichiarazione sostitutiva può anche essere spedita tramite servizio postale, in plico raccomandato senza busta, all'indirizzo:Agenzia delle entrate - Direzione Provinciale 1 di Torino - Ufficio Canone TV - Casella postale 22 - 10121 Torino.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
