Antiriciclaggio - UIF- Segnalazioni di Operazioni Sospette del 2 semestre 2020


L'Unità di Informazione Finanziaria nella newsletter n. 1/2021 ha reso noto le risultanze delle Segnalazioni di Operazioni Sospette (SOS) del secondo semestre 2020. Nell'intero 2020 l'UIF ha ricevuto 113.187 SOS, delle quali 60.220 nel periodo luglio-dicembre, con un incremento del 10,3% rispetto allo stesso periodo dell'anno precedente; le segnalazioni per finanziamento del terrorismo sono diminuite (da 375 a 267) così come sono diminuite quelle per la voluntary disclosure (da 445 a 178). Gli importi segnalati hanno sfiorato i 49 miliardi di euro,  sono stati adottati 15 provvedimenti di sospensione di operazioni sospette per un valore di 10,4 milioni di euro. Le Regioni in "testa alla classifica": Lazio, Campania, Puglia e Sicilia; in riduzione quelle relative alla Lombardia e al Veneto. A livello provinciale, Prato, Milano, Napoli, Roma e Rimini si collocano ai primi cinque posti per numero di segnalazioni di operazioni sospette in rapporto alla popolazione. I Paesi di destinazione delle SOS: Romania, Senegal, Marocco, Albania. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
