Ad ottobre salgono fatturato, ordinativi e prestiti bancari: il quadro dell'Istat e Banca d'Italia


Fatturato e ordinativi fanno segnare un aumento in ottobre, seguiti da una salita dei prestiti bancari. I dati pubblicati recentemente da Istat e Banca d’Italia permettono di comprendere lo stato dell’economia italiana all’inizio del quarto trimestre 2020. Un trimestre chiave sia per le previsioni economiche del governo, che prevedevano una ripresa tale da ridurre la drammatica recessione destinata a segnare il 2020. In prima istanza, l’economia reale. Istat ha pubblicato nella mattinata di mercoledì 16 dicembre la rilevazione del fatturato e degli ordinativi dell’industria del mese di ottobre. Dalla nota emerge che il fatturato dell’industria è aumentato del 2,2% rispetto al mese di settembre, aumento che porta a +14,3% la crescita nel trimestre agosto-ottobre rispetto a quello precedente. Alla dinamica positiva in termini congiunturali però non corrisponde ancora ad uno in termini tendenziali, ovvero rispetto allo stesso mese del 2019. Confrontando ottobre 2020 con ottobre 2019 il fatturato risulta essersi ridotto dell’1,7% (con un -0,4% per il mercato interno e un -4,1% su quello estero). “L’aumento congiunturale del fatturato riflette risultati positivi per entrambi i mercati, con una variazione più ampia per il mercato interno (+2,8%) rispetto a quella del mercato estero (+1,1%). Per gli ordinativi l’incremento deriva da aumenti di ampiezza pressoché analoga sui due mercati (+3,0% quello interno e +2,8% quello estero”, sottolinea Istat. A trainare il fatturato è il settore dei mezzi di trasporto con un +22,2% rispetto al 2019, seguito alla distanza da apparecchiature elettroniche (+3,6%), computer ed elettronica (+3,6%) e articoli in gomma (+1,4%). Soffre particolarmente l’industria tessile con un drammatico -11,5%. Dal lato degli ordinativi invece, che forniscono uno sguardo di maggiore prospettiva, la crescita congiunturale si è attestata a +3%, con un +20,6% sul trimestre. Questa crescita è tale da riportare in positivo l’indice grezzo degli ordinativi rispetto al 2019, +1,2% per la precisione, con un +3,6% delle commesse dal mercato interno e un calo del -2,3% dal mercato estero. Così come per il fatturato “La maggiore crescita si registra per il settore dei mezzi di trasporto (+12,2%) e per l’industria dei macchinari e delle attrezzature (+4,1%), mentre i risultati peggiori si rilevano nell’industria tessile e dell’abbigliamento (-8,7%) e in quella farmaceutica (-12,8%)”. Spostandosi invece sul mercato finanziario (ma pur sempre legato all’economia reale) Banca d’Italia comunica che in ottobre si è registrata una crescita dei prestiti al settore privato e una crescita ben più ampia dei depositi. In particolare i prestiti bancari al settore privato italiano risultano in crescita del 4,8% sui dodici mesi (era +3,8% a settembre). I prestiti alle famiglie sono aumentati del 2,1% sull’anno e ben più elevata è l’accelerazione dei prestiti alle società non finanziarie (+7,4% rispetto al 2019). I timori legati alla congiuntura economica e alle precarie prospettive continuano a gonfiare i depositi detenuti dal settore privato, che ad ottobre risultano essere il 10,2% superiori rispetto ad ottobre 2019. All’aumento dei depositi corrisponde una netta discesa delle emissioni obbligazionarie, scese dell’8,5% rispetto ad ottobre 2019. I tassi di interesse bancari, pur rimanendo su livelli da minimi storici, risultano essere saliti di un punto base rispetto a settembre, passando da 1,61% a 1,62%.
