Cassa integrazione nel Decreto Agosto: le caratteristiche, in sintesi


Il cosiddetto "decreto agosto", DL 14 agosto 2020, n. 104, ha introdotto delle novità in materia di ammortizzatori sociali. Per agevolarne la comprensione, di seguito sono sintetizzati gli aspetti principali.PERIODI AUTORIZZABILI Sono previsti due nuovi periodi di 9 settimane ciascuno, per un totale di 18 settimane, erogati esclusivamente dall'INPS. Le prime 9 settimane possono essere richieste per coprire periodi di sospensione o riduzione dell'attività lavorativa decorrenti dal 13 luglio al 31 dicembre 2020. Queste possono essere richieste anche se l'azienda ha già fruito delle settimane messe a disposizione dai Decreti precedenti, con un'eccezione: i periodi già autorizzati oltre il 13 luglio, riducono le 9 settimane per una durata pari al periodo rimanente. Le seconde 9 settimane possono essere richieste solo se le prime 9 settimane sono state già autorizzate, e devono essere utilizzate per periodi dal 14 settembre al 31 dicembre 2020. Possono essere richiesti solo per lavoratori in essere alla data del 13 luglio. Il TFR per i periodi di integrazione salariale resta a carico delle imprese. Permane l'obbligo di informazione, consultazione e esame congiunto con le organizzazioni sindacali da effettuare anche in via telematica entro 3 giorni. CONTRIBUTO ADDIZIONALE Il contributo addizionale è dovuto solo per le seconde 9 settimane, e varia in base all'effettivo calo di fatturato tra il primo semestre 2020 e il medesimo periodo del 2019: Nessun calo di fatturato: 18% della retribuzione globale che sarebbe spettata al lavoratore Calo di fatturato inferiore al 20%: 9% della retribuzione globale che sarebbe spettata al lavoratore Calo di fatturato pari o superiore al 20%: il contributo addizionale non è dovuto Inizio attività dopo il 1° gennaio 2019: il contributo addizionale non è dovuto INVIO DELLE DOMANDE Il termine per l'invio della domanda è il 31 ottobre 2020. La domanda dovrà essere presentata all'INPS con causale "COVID 19 con fatturato", allegando una dichiarazione di responsabilità dove si autocertifica il calo di fatturato.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
