VERSAMENTO CONTRIBUTI FORFETTARI PER L'EMERSIONE DEL LAVORO IRREGOLARE: PRONTI I CODICI TRIBUTO


Con la Risoluzione n. 58/E del 25 settembre 2020 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito i codici tributo per il versamento, tramite il modello "F24 Versamenti con elementi identificativi", dei contributi forfettari dovuti per l'emersione del lavoro irregolare, ai sensi dell'articolo 103, comma 7, del Decreto "Rilancio", che ha introdotto la possibilità, per i datori di lavoro, di presentare istanza per concludere un contratto di lavoro subordinato con cittadini stranieri presenti sul territorio nazionale, o per dichiarare la sussistenza di un rapporto di lavoro irregolare con cittadini italiani o stranieri. In particolare, le somme che i datori di lavoro sono tenuti a versare a titolo di contributo forfettario, sono: 300,00 euro per i settori dell'agricoltura, allevamento e zootecnia, pesca e acquacoltura e attività connesse; 156,00 euro per i settori dell'assistenza alla persona per sé stessi o per componenti della propria famiglia, ancorché non conviventi, affetti da patologie o disabilità che ne limitino l'autosufficienza; 156,00 euro per il settore del lavoro domestico di sostegno al bisogno familiare. I codici tributo istituiti per consentire il pagamento dei suddetti contributi sono: "CFZP" denominato "Contributo forfettario 300 euro - emersione lavoro irregolare - settori agricoltura, allevamento e zootecnia, pesca e acquacoltura e attività connesse - DM 7 luglio 2020"; "CFAS" denominato "Contributo forfettario 156 euro - emersione lavoro irregolare - settori assistenza alla persona - DM 7 luglio 2020"; "CFLD" denominato "Contributo forfettario 156 euro - emersione lavoro irregolare - settore lavoro domestico e sostegno al bisogno familiare - DM 7 luglio 2020". The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
