ADEGUAMENTO E SANIFICAZIONE AMBIENTI DI LAVORO: CHIARIMENTI PER LA FRUIBILITà DEI CREDITI


Con la Circolare n. 20/E pubblicata il 10 luglio scorso l'Agenzia delle Entrate fornisce i primi chiarimenti interpretativi e di indirizzo operativo relativamente ai crediti d'imposta, introdotti dal Dl "Rilancio", per le spese di sanificazione, acquisto di dispositivi di protezione individuale e adeguamento degli ambienti di lavoro. Il documento, in particolare, fornisce istruzioni sulle modalità, termini e opzioni di utilizzo dei crediti d'imposta, che potranno essere utilizzati in compensazione da parte del beneficiario (o da parte dei cessionari dello stesso) solo a decorrere dal 1° gennaio 2021 e non oltre il 31 dicembre 2021. Chi sono i beneficiari Tra i possibili beneficiari, chiarisce la Circolare, rientrano gli operatori con attività aperte al pubblico (bar, ristoranti, alberghi, teatri e cinema), i forfetari, gli imprenditori e le imprese agricole, sia che determinino per regime naturale il reddito su base catastale, sia quelle che producono reddito d'impresa, le associazioni, le fondazioni e altri enti privati, compresi gli enti del Terzo settore possono fruire dei crediti. Per questi ultimi, la circolare ritiene applicabile l'estensione del beneficio anche se non esercitano, in via prevalente o esclusiva, un'attività d'impresa. Nel caso in cui le attività di sanificazione non siano effettuate da operatori professionisti, viene infine precisato nel documento, risultando ammissibili anche le spese di sanificazione degli ambienti collegate alle attività svolte in economia dal soggetto beneficiario, avvalendosi di propri dipendenti o collaboratori.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
