Fatture elettroniche: il servizio di consultazione per il consumatore finale


L'Agenzia Entrate memorizza le fatture elettroniche e le rende disponibili per la consultazione in un'area riservata del suo sito internet. I file delle fatture elettroniche sono memorizzati fino al 31 dicembre dell'ottavo anno successivo a quello di presentazione della dichiarazione di riferimento, o fino alla definizione di eventuali giudizi, come stabilito dall'art. 14 del decreto legge n. 124/2019. Per consultare le proprie fatture il consumatore finale deve aderire entro il 20 dicembre 2019 al sevizio gratuito "Consultazione e acquisizione delle fatture elettroniche o dei loro duplicati informatici". L'adesione va effettuata accedendo all'area riservata di "Fisconline". Dalla pagina "La mia scrivania" cliccare sul riquadro "Fattura elettronica - Corrispettivi elettronici" e, nella pagina successiva, visualizzare il box "Le tue fatture". In quest'ultima pagina cliccare su "Accedi" e subito dopo su "Aderisci". Effettuata l'adesione, le fatture saranno comunque consultabili a decorrere dal 21 dicembre 2019. Dopo il 20 dicembre 2019 chi non avrà dato l'adesione, non potrà più consultare i documenti.

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
