COLLEGATO FISCALE: IL DIRETTORE DALL'AGENZIA ENTRATE IN AUDIZIONE IN COMMISSIONE FINANZE


In data 6 novembre si è svolta l'audizione del Direttore dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, Antonino Maggiore, presso la VI Commissione Finanze e Tesoro della Camera dei Deputati in merito ai contenuti del decreto fiscale (Dl n. 124/2019). Durante l'audizione Maggiore si è soffermato nel dettaglio sulle nuove misure normative contenute nel Decreto fiscale collegato Legge di bilancio 2020, ponendo attenzione ai temi particolarmente importanti come quello relativo alla stretta sugli indebiti utilizzi di crediti ed altri connessi al contrasto all'evasione fiscale e al sostegno della compliance. "L'Agenzia delle entrate è fortemente impegnata su questi temi", ha ricordato Maggiore, "nell'ambito dell'attuazione di una strategia basata sulla promozione della compliance da un lato e su strategie di controllo mirato dall'altro, sviluppando anche forme di collaborazione con la Guardia di Finanza e l'Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli". Un altro importante obiettivo dell'Agenzia delle entrate è rappresentato dall'innalzamento della qualità dei servizi offerti alla collettività. L'Italia, infatti, è stata uno dei primi Paesi europei a disporre in formato digitale dei dati contenuti nelle dichiarazioni fiscali e dei versamenti delle imposte. "Questi interventi sono stati seguiti nel tempo da importanti innovazioni consentite anche dall'evoluzione tecnologica", ha proseguito Maggiore, "come i recenti sviluppi in tema di fatturazione elettronica e trasmissione telematica dei corrispettivi, funzionali a realizzare attività di analisi del rischio di evasione sempre più calibrate, in quanto attuate mediante strumenti tecnologici innovativi". Il Direttore delle Entrate ha inoltre sottolineato come nel decreto fiscale, si intervenga con modalità mirate su fenomeni di evasione di massa, difficilmente contrastabili con i mezzi tradizionali, mediante modelli tecnologici innovativi e la digitalizzazione dei pagamenti.
