L'INEFFICIENZA DELLA NOSTRA PA è UN FRENO ALLO SVILUPPO: GLI SPRECHI SUPERANO L'EVASIONE


L'evasione fiscale in Italia (110 miliardi di euro l'anno) è poco più della metà dei costi a carico di cittadini e imprese relativi a sprechi, sperperi e inefficienze generate dalla Pubblica amministrazione (almeno 200 miliardi di euro). Dunque, nel rapporto "dare- avere" tra lo Stato e il contribuente italiano, chi risulta essere maggiormente penalizzato è il secondo. A questa conclusione è pervenuto l'Ufficio Studio della CGIA di Mestre, partendo dalle analisi di alcuni dati condotte da una mezza dozzina di istituzioni molto autorevoli. "Chi evade commette un reato", tiene a precisare la CGIA, "e va perseguito ovunque esso si annidi; tuttavia, la legalità deve essere rispettata da tutti: sia dai soggetti pubblici sia da quelli privati". A dimostrare il fenomeno dell'inefficienza delle nostre istituzioni pubbliche sono, ad esempio, le innumerevoli infrazioni europee subite dal nostro Paese fino ad oggi, con procedure che vanno dalla pessima qualità dell'aria presente in molte città, la presenza dell'arsenico nell'acqua potabile, il mancato rispetto dei tempi di pagamento da parte della nostra Pubblica Amministrazione ed i livelli di inquinamento presenti nell'area dell'ex Ilva di Taranto.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
