Bonus nascita di 800 euro: al via le richieste all'INPS


Da oggi è fruibile il nuovo bonus nascita di 800 euro introdotto dall'ultima Legge di Stabilità e per il quale l'INPS ha predisposto una modalità di richiesta telematica (1), corrisposto in un'unica soluzione in relazione a nuove nascite od adozioni che si verificano nel 2017. La futura madre può presentare domanda dopo il compimento del settimo mese di gravidanza (dall'ottavo mese) oppure alla nascita o adozione o affido, e comunque improrogabilmente entro un anno dall'evento. Per nascite/adozioni verificatesi dal 1 Gennaio al 4 Maggio 2017 il termine di un anno decorre dal 4 Maggio. Occorre che la richiedente sia cittadina italiana o comunitaria oppure extracomunitaria in possesso di permesso di soggiorno UE di lungo periodo oppure di una delle carte di soggiorno per familiari di cittadini UE. Queste le modalità di accesso telematiche: via WEB, utilizzando i servizi telematici del portale www.inps.it, accessibili direttamente dalla richiedente tramite PIN chiamando il Contact Center Integrato al numero 803164, gratuito da telefono fisso, oppure al numero 06164164 per le chiamate da cellulare con tariffazione a carico dell'utente; tramite i Patronati, attraverso i servizi telematici offerti dagli stessi. Per la certificazione dello stato di gravidanza nella domanda si può indicare una delle seguenti opzioni: presentazione allo sportello del certificato originale o di copia autentica, oppure spedizione dello stesso a mezzo raccomandata; indicazione del numero di protocollo telematico del certificato rilasciato dal medico SSN o convenzionato ASL; indicazione di avvenuta trasmissione del certificato all'Inps per domanda relativa ad altra prestazione connessa alla medesima gravidanza; per le sole madri non lavoratrici, indicazione del numero identificativo a 15 cifre di una prescrizione medica emessa da un medico del SSN o convenzionato, con indicazione del codice esenzione compreso tra M31 e M42 incluso. Se la domanda è presentata a parto già avvenuto, la madre dovrà autocertificare nella domanda il codice fiscale del bambino. Le cittadine extracomunitarie in possesso del permesso di soggiorno valido ai fini dell'assegno di natalità devono certificare il possesso di tale titolo inserendone gli estremi nella domanda telematica. Da sapere che entro il 18 Maggio l'INPS dovrebbe rendere fruibile anche il bonus asili nido, previsto sempre dall'ultima Legge di Stabilità e destinato ai genitori di bambini sotto ai 3 anni affetti da gravi patologie croniche per pagare l'asilo nido o forme di supporto alternative.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
